Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects from problem discovery to solution implementation
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders to build efficient experiences
• Conduct user research, interviews, and validations to inform product decisions
• Transform complex problems into clear flows, journeys, and interfaces
• Contribute to product strategy and the evolution of the Design System
• Create high-quality prototypes, flows, and specifications
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and measure impact
• Act as a technical reference and mentor for junior designers

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Designer in digital products
• Ability to lead complex design projects autonomously
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with Product and Engineering
• Strong repertoire in UX, UI, information architecture, and flow design
• Experience with user research and solution validation
• Data-driven decision-making capability
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma
• Portfolio demonstrating product reasoning and execution quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex digital products, platforms, or scalable ecosystems
• Experience in agile and product-oriented environments
• Experience with Design Systems and component governance
• Familiarity with product metrics and experimentation frameworks
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or fintech contexts
