Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead UX discovery, research, journey mapping, and problem definition to uncover user needs
• Define and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and responsive contexts
• Deliver production-ready UI with high attention to visual detail and accessibility
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is accurately implemented
• Contribute to and evolve the company design system to maintain platform consistency
• Partner with product managers to shape roadmap decisions from a design perspective

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or data/analytics
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the full design cycle from research to high-fidelity UI
• Deep proficiency in Figma (variables, components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Solid UX fundamentals in information architecture and interaction design
• High visual design craft in typography, spacing, and color
• Working understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Rigorous approach to accessibility and WCAG standards
• Familiarity with designing for AI-powered, dynamic interfaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing data visualization, dashboards, or analytics tools
• Background in conducting and synthesizing user research independently
