Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile experiences across B2B and SaaS products.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure design feasibility.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing; synthesize findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Maintain and evolve a scalable design system and UI component library.
  • Advocate for accessible, inclusive design (WCAG) and apply accessibility best practices.
  • Deliver design assets, specifications, and documentation for handoff to engineering.
  • Manage deliverables and timelines for contract engagements, prioritising impact and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience mentoring junior designers
  • Animation & motion prototyping experience
