Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery for AI-driven and enterprise-grade products
• Define and maintain design systems, component libraries and UX patterns
• Conduct user research, usability testing and translate findings into product improvements
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, interaction flows and detailed UI specifications
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to prioritise design work
• Mentor and elevate design practices across the organisation

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design with demonstrable end-to-end ownership

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
