Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for core custodian and data workflows within the Dispatch platform
• Lead product experience definition from problem discovery to high-fidelity design delivery
• Design complex, data-dense UX for financial advisors and support teams
• Integrate new capabilities into existing workflows to ensure product coherence and scalability
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product management through prototyping and implementation guidance
• Contribute to the growth of the design function and the development of the design system

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or HCI
• Proven track record of shipping complex, end-to-end product features
• Portfolio demonstrating ownership from discovery through to shipped features
• Experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces or workflow tools
• Experience contributing to and maintaining a design system
• Ability to conduct research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Strong communication skills to navigate requirements across cross-functional teams
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, mission-critical environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, wealth management, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with front-end coding and implementation standards
• Facilitation skills for leading workshops and aligning stakeholders
• Experience designing AI-native surfaces, including human-in-the-loop flows
• Proficiency in adopting new tools and methods into design workflows
