Senior Product Designer (Exchange)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product designers through collaboration, feedback, and design direction
• Create product and feature designs across web and mobile exchange products
• Collaborate with multiple product managers to define timelines, delivery and priorities
• Provide guidance, coaching and protection to designers to foster growth
• Establish, maintain and optimize the design process for the team
• Share expertise and train designers in advanced design craft
• Run and facilitate user research: 1:1 interviews, focus groups and usability tests
• Work with executive leadership to align design with big-picture product vision
• Present design direction, decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams
• Actively use and trade on the exchange to identify product and design issues
