Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead product design end-to-end for complex, high-impact initiatives across the portfolio
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to identify customer problems and deliver feasible solutions
• Create design artifacts including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Drive definition of modern experience patterns for AI-enabled features
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers through feedback and coaching
• Champion cross-functional product culture through design reviews and critiques
• Identify and address systemic experience problems and gaps in design standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, UX, HCI, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design collaboration tools
• Experience designing digital product experiences in SaaS or workflow-heavy environments
• Experience conducting or synthesizing usability testing and customer research
• Expert understanding of information hierarchy, interaction design, and accessibility
• Ability to work effectively within a product trio (Design, Product, Engineering)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience contributing to and evolving large-scale design systems
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and design iteration
• Track record of influencing product strategy through design-led discovery
