Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire product design process from initial concept to final execution, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
• Collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering teams to conceptualize and design the next generation of our product
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure that the product maintains consistency with the brand’s overall aesthetic and tone
• Improve upon and maintain design systems, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency across the product
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback
• Propose and drive design improvements autonomously
• Stay informed of industry trends within B2B and customer verification

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a startup environment
• Proven expertise in designing B2B products with complex workflows
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and real-world product impact
• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and building design systems
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical members
• Experience with UX/UI design principles and user research
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
