Senior Product Designer

We partner with health plans to make homes safer and more accessible for older adults and high-needs populations by combining technology with networks of clinicians, suppliers, and installers.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery through delivery for internal, clinician-facing, and partner-facing products
• Translate ambiguous, complex workflows into intuitive, visually refined interfaces
• Drive UX research and user testing to ground design decisions in real user needs
• Build and maintain a coherent design system that scales across products
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship high-quality work
• Raise the design bar across the organization with strong aesthetic sensibility

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
• Deep expertise in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
• Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy tools
• Ability to operate independently across research, IA, interaction, and visual design
• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in healthcare with clinical, operational, or health plan workflows
• Prior work on design systems at scale
• Experience using AI to augment Product work
