Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design for complex, data‑rich B2B SaaS features focused on underwriting workflows.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive interfaces, flows, and interactions.
  • Own feature designs from discovery through delivery, including wireframes, prototypes, and final visual design.
  • Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system and component library to ensure UI consistency.
  • Use rapid prototyping and AI‑assisted tools to accelerate ideation and iteration.
  • Conduct design QA and collaborate closely with engineering, product, client success, and sales to ensure quality implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in digital product design, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong portfolio with 2–3 detailed case studies showing end‑to‑end process and measurable impact.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex, data‑intensive workflows and design clear information hierarchies.
  • Hands‑on experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools; familiarity with AI‑driven design tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and cross‑functional teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in InsurTech, FinTech, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Material UI or similar component frameworks.
  • Experience designing advanced data visualizations and AI/ML interfaces.
  • Technical fluency to work closely with engineers and validate implementation.
