Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own key web product areas from early concepts to shipped implementation
• Turn ambiguous product problems into clear flows, interfaces, and interaction models
• Raise the quality bar through design quality, critique, and thoughtful collaboration
• Use AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code to prototype, build, and iterate through simple interfaces
• Identify and design reusable components and patterns to improve consistency across the Platform product
• Partner closely with engineering to scope, design, iterate, and ship at high velocity
• Contribute to product thinking and the overall direction of the product and design culture

Requirements

• Experience as a product designer working on complex products, ideally in B2B, fintech, or information-dense environments
• End-to-end product design ownership, from big-picture systems thinking to small interaction details
• Proven experience creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems
• Proficiency with AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code for prototyping and iteration
• A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, and high-quality craft
• Ability to work with autonomy and agency in a fast-paced environment
