Senior Product Designer | Leading Bank in the UAE

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for customer-facing digital banking products (mobile and web).
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, style guides and component libraries.
• Plan and run UX research: user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations and competitive analysis.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI assets; iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders in an Agile environment to define requirements and deliver designs.
• Ensure design handover quality with clear specs, assets and developer support.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews and mentor junior designers.
