About the Company

Loot Labs is on a mission to make collecting fun. Through our flagship product, Boxed.gg, we are reimagining how the world collects by blending digital entertainment with tangible rewards, delivering nostalgia and discovery straight to the fans' doorsteps.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design of key product areas including onboarding, loot box experiences, inventory systems, payments, and retention features
  • Translate product opportunities into user flows, prototypes, and high-quality designs
  • Partner closely with Engineering to solve problems in real time and ship quickly
  • Conduct user interviews, testing, and research to inform product decisions
  • Engage directly with users and the community to gather feedback and iterate on features
  • Design and run experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Analyze user behavior and cohort data to drive design decisions
  • Evolve and extend the design system to ensure consistency and scalability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design (UI/UX)
  • Proven experience designing and shipping user-facing features end-to-end
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design excellence and problem-solving depth
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, and design systems)
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills across complex product flows
  • Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing
  • Ability to work with user cohorts, behavioral data, and feedback loops

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with gaming, collectibles, digital economies, or reward-based systems
  • Understanding of user motivation, progression mechanics, and engagement loops
  • Understanding of product funnels, user journeys, and conversion optimization
  • Experience working with product analytics and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing)
