Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and clients to define problem spaces and translate requirements into product concepts
• Lead end-to-end product design across user journeys, interaction models, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Facilitate design thinking engagements including workshops, ideation sessions, and design sprints
• Develop high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted or no-code tools
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure designs are technically grounded and implementation-ready
• Influence product strategy, roadmap decisions, and opportunity framing
• Mentor mid-level and junior designers in product design and AI-assisted workflows

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design
• Demonstrated experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences
• Strong experience with prototyping tools like Figma
• Ability to create prototypes representing realistic user flows and conditional logic
• Experience working with design systems
• Ability to incorporate AI-assisted design tools into workflows
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance (must be a US Citizen)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in defense, national security, or government sectors
• Experience using AI tools like Figma Make or Claude Code
• Experience integrating representative datasets into interactive prototypes
• Active U.S. national security clearance
