Senior Product Designer - Marketplace

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX and UI for buyer-facing marketplace features, owning discovery, definition, design, and launch cycles in Dubai.
• Define product experience strategy and design standards for assigned marketplace areas to improve trust, clarity, and conversion.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear experience roadmaps, user flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and User Researchers to shape roadmaps and measure impact through analytics and experiments.
• Contribute to and evolve shared design systems, component libraries, and documentation to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to mid and junior designers; drive design critiques and cross-team alignment.
• Identify cross-functional opportunities to reduce friction, simplify flows, and raise the overall quality of buyer experiences.
