Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to clarify customer problems and business goals
• Design end-to-end workflows for healthcare operations including intake, routing, and task management
• Create experiences for automation and AI that help users understand system actions and decision support
• Own quality through production by staying close to Engineering through build and QA
• Contribute reusable product patterns for common workflow needs like queues and status tracking
• Use prototypes and tradeoff framing to align stakeholders and drive high-impact work

Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex operational environments
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product judgment, workflow simplification, and systems thinking
• Strong technical foundation, ideally via a Computer Science degree or software engineering experience
• Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to connect design work to business outcomes like adoption and efficiency
• Technical fluency to reason through workflow logic and implementation tradeoffs with Engineering
• Clear and direct communication skills
