Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the full design lifecycle from user research and problem framing to high-fidelity UI and production-ready specs.
• Prototype early and often to explore complex interactions and user flows.
• Shape and scale design systems to ensure coherence across consumer and developer products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align on priorities and ship high-quality features at speed.
• Advocate for users by grounding design decisions in research, data, and curiosity about blockchain interactions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped products.
• Fluency in Figma, including advanced use of component architecture, auto-layout, and variables.
• Strong prototyping instincts and the ability to use interactive prototypes to solve problems.
• Proven experience contributing to or building scalable design systems.
• Excellent visual design sensibility across typography, color, spacing, and motion.
• Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity and articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or a strong interest in web3, crypto wallets, DeFi, or developer tooling.
• Proficiency with AI-augmented design tools (e.g., Cursor, v0, Bolt, Replit Agent) for prototyping and ideation.
• A forward-leaning mindset regarding how AI is transforming the design process.
