Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of AI-powered experiences for tens of thousands of participants and enterprise leaders
• Make complex interactions feel simple and human across the product
• Design interfaces that transform participant insights into actionable intelligence for decision-makers
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship intuitive, high-quality experiences

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end product design from concept to launch
• Background designing for enterprise UX environments and complex workflows
• Portfolio demonstrating work on AI-powered interfaces or data-heavy products
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify sophisticated technical concepts
