Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on key product features using data, research insights, and product thinking
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, researchers, analysts, and designers to ship strategic solutions
• Raise the bar on design quality using systems thinking, information architecture, and content strategy
• Communicate solutions persuasively to stakeholders and facilitate discussions on feasibility and scope
• Develop hypotheses and experiment through design artifacts and structured decision-making
• Lead design on complex projects and mentor junior designers

Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping product features for both mobile and desktop
• Ability to integrate data, research, business goals, and technical constraints into mockups and prototypes
• Experience working on cross-functional product teams in an agile environment
• Proficiency in user research, information architecture, and content design
• Ability to iterate quickly based on user and stakeholder feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Experience generating copy using AI
• Expertise in information architecture and content strategy
