Senior Product Designer — Product Growth (Dubai, Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for growth initiatives (acquisition, activation, retention, expansion) focused on measurable outcomes.
• Design and prototype user flows, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Partner with product, engineering, data and marketing to define hypotheses, design A/B and multivariate experiments, and iterate based on results.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and refine solutions.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Communicate design rationale and experiment outcomes to stakeholders and influence roadmap decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and promote a data-informed, inclusive design culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience
• Figma proficiency
• A/B testing experience
• Design systems
• User research
• Data-driven mindset
• Strong portfolio
• Collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B or marketplace products
• Background in hospitality, food tech, or logistics
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Track record of measurable growth impact
• Service design or operational workflow experience
