Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for large-scale product initiatives
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to define goals and success metrics
• Conduct user research and testing to uncover pain points and validate solutions
• Deliver high-quality designs that align with business goals and design systems
• Think in MVPs to ship lean solutions that deliver maximum value
• Define and evolve design patterns and contribute to the design system
• Mentor mid-level designers to elevate their design skills
• Use AI tools to accelerate the design process

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio of complex design work
• Expertise in design systems, user research, and interaction design
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude and Gemini
• Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
• Strong leadership and communication skills
