Responsibilities

• Own a product domain end to end, driving it from a scoped PRD through release
• Make design decisions and work with engineering to take concepts from ideation to build
• Handle complex, safety-critical, and insurer-facing design challenges, including edge cases and documentation
• Build within and strengthen the existing design system, ensuring AI-generated output is reusable
• Partner closely with engineering to make informed technical and design tradeoffs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer
• Portfolio of shipped, complex B2B work
• Strong UI/UX skills and high-quality visual craft
• Deep proficiency in Figma, design systems, and tokens
• Experience incorporating AI into the design process
• Ability to design for edge cases and error states, not just the happy path

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to automotive, collision repair, insurance, or ADAS domains
• Experience with branding and visual identity
• Front-end fluency and understanding of how design is implemented in code
