Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of design systems for products and brands
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to maintain design integrity
• Refine and update design systems and patterns to meet evolving needs
• Enhance design processes and communication tools
• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create detailed, high-fidelity prototypes
• Conduct comprehensive user research to inform design decisions
• Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows for ideation, prototyping, and research synthesis
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Proven track record of end-to-end product design
• Robust portfolio demonstrating UX/UI principles and systems thinking
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and workflows
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color, and responsive design
• Familiarity with Framer or similar rapid prototyping tools
• B2 level English language proficiency or higher
