Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Create seamless, intuitive experiences across the patient journey including onboarding, provider matching, and telehealth sessions
• Design solutions that remove friction and increase patient engagement with mental health services
• Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency and quality
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation
• Incorporate AI tools into the design process for faster iteration and exploration
• Take full ownership of design outcomes and balance user needs with business goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing consumer digital products
• Deep understanding of conversion funnels, payment experiences, and user psychology
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma and FullStory
• Startup mentality: self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong communication skills to work alongside product managers and engineers
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows
