Tradeify is a professional-grade futures trading platform providing access to commodities, equity indices, currencies, and interest rate products. We equip traders with the execution tools, market data, and infrastructure they need to perform at the highest level.

Responsibilities

• Take business goals and independently scope them into shippable work
• Run discovery processes by talking to users and analyzing data to identify core problems
• Lead stakeholder meetings to drive alignment and represent design interests
• Design and ship production-quality UX and UI across product surfaces
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive work from concept to launch
• Use an evidence-based approach by utilizing data and research in the design process

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Proven track record of owning problems end-to-end
• Strong UX judgment grounded in business context
• Hands-on experience using data, research, or analytics in design
• Proficiency with AI tools and a conceptual understanding of front-end development
• Ability to drive stakeholder alignment independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion and micro-interaction design
• Native app (iOS/Android) design experience
• Interest in or curiosity about trading and financial markets
