Senior Product Designer - Workflow Builder (AI & Agentic Orchestration) - EMEA / US East Coast

Responsibilities

You’ll help shape Camunda’s workflow modeling and orchestration builder experiences—bringing our powerful orchestration capabilities to life in ways that are both deep for experts and welcoming for less-technical users. You’ll work on high-impact problems that make building production-ready workflows feel intuitive and low-friction, accelerating pro-code teams while enabling no-/low-code users to safely make changes or create simple automations. Embedded with Product Management and Engineering, and collaborating closely with designers across adjacent areas, you’ll improve end-to-end journeys across the platform—including progressive modeling, in-context testing, clear data/variable lineage, and trustworthy AI assistance as Camunda pushes the frontier of enterprise agentic automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing complex enterprise B2B software
• Strong builder UX craft
• Ability to design for both expert/pro-code and no-/low-code personas
• UX strategy + systems thinking
• High ownership + momentum
• Candid communication + strong design rationale
• Validation mindset
• Outcome orientation
• Hands-on AI/agentic experience design
• Proficiency with Figma
• Self-organized remote work
• Ability and/or willingness to use our product

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with orchestration/workflow/automation platforms
• Experience designing in-context testing/iteration loops and data/variable visibility
• Relevant education or equivalent experience
