Our mission is to provide affordable credit and help customers build their credit scores without hidden fees or predatory interest rates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design work from concept to execution across the product development lifecycle
• Create low-fidelity flows, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and growth teams
• Evolve and maintain a scalable, accessible design system for mobile and web
• Implement AI-supported product development and design research best practices
• Lead user research efforts and translate insights into actionable design decisions
• Mentor junior designers and uphold a high standard of design craft
• Contribute to design team processes, rituals, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, product design, and systems thinking
• Deep understanding of design systems and scalability
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and concept testing
• High proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
• Experience influencing stakeholders across different disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in Growth design, specifically application funnels
• Mobile design experience
• Experience designing for accessibility (a11y) standards
• Experience with complex applications
• Background in fintech, payments, or financial services products
