Senior Product Designer

ZenBusiness is expanding operations in the UAE and seeking a Senior Product Designer based in Dubai (hybrid). This role will lead end-to-end product design for our core entrepreneur tools, working closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Design Systems to deliver intuitive, scalable experiences for small business customers in the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate user research, business objectives, and technical constraints into clear product decisions.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define scope, roadmaps, and deliverables.
• Ship high-quality interaction and visual designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and final assets.
• Contribute to and evolve the company Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Use analytics, testing, and qualitative research to validate designs and iterate.
• Mentor and provide feedback to mid and junior designers; drive design critiques and best practices.
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping complex B2B or SMB products
• Familiarity with agile development processes
• Experience working remotely or in hybrid teams
• Prior contribution to a shared Design System
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA)
• Experience mentoring other designers
