Senior Product Designers

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple products on both web and mobile
• Partner with PMs and collaborate with other designers
• Improve design processes and raise quality standards
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing
• Stay connected to customer behavior and product evolution

Requirements

• End-to-end design experience
• Strong design craft with a portfolio showcasing depth
• Experience in a top-tier Web3 environment
• Long work tenures with multiple product launches

Preferred Qualifications

• T-shaped designers comfortable across the design lifecycle
• Familiarity with Web3 products and ecosystem
• Experience in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
