Senior Product Engineer (Frontend)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the core customer product, including both employer and employee-facing UIs.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and design to ship new features and improvements quickly and responsibly.
• Shape frontend architecture, performance, and maintainability for long-term success.
• Build reusable components and patterns to ensure the product is easy to scale and maintain.
• Ensure a top-notch user experience that is fast, intuitive, and accessible.
• Own code from development through to production, including performance, error handling, and observability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building modern web applications.
• Deep expertise in React and experience with frameworks such as Remix, React Router, or NextJS.
• Proven track record of building production applications with a strong attention to UI quality and performance.
• Strong design and UX sensibility with a focus on layout, responsiveness, and polish.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving teams and handle ambiguity with high ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building design systems.
• Experience building customer-facing financial products.
• Experience building tools designed for non-technical users.
