Senior Product Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis and industry product analytics to identify market trends
• Provide insights to inform Life & Retirement product strategy and positioning
• Coordinate monthly competitive benchmarking for life and annuity crediting rates
• Lead development of competitive intelligence reports and benchmarking tools
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to gather business requirements and ensure alignment
• Provide support and oversight for illustration modifications and enhancements
• Identify opportunities to improve product development processes and illustration system functionality

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Life and/or Retirement product management, competitive intelligence, or product strategy
• Strong understanding of Life & Retirement products and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3rd party competitive intelligence tools and data sources
• Experience with data analytics and visualization
• Experience with life and retirement illustration/quoting platforms
• Familiarity with state and Compact product filings
