Senior Product Manager - AI Products

Responsibilities:

1. Define the vision and roadmap for AI products at CMC
2. Write clear and succinct user stories and product requirement documents
3. Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders
4. Collect data (both qualitative and quantitative) to inform product direction
5. Evaluate the products and features you launch methodically and critically
6. Understand the competitive and partner landscape
7. Challenge assumptions and think outside the box to find ways to improve your products
8. Strong sense of UX and UI design, and ability to work effectively with designers

Requirements

1. Deep experience building and releasing AI-related products such as AI models, chatbots, recommendation systems, or generative AI tools
2. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics); MBA or Master’s degree in a technical field is a plus
3. Knowledge of financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain
4. Fluency in English

4. Bias for Action: Results-driven mindset, focused on execution and with a hands-on approach, and a track record of launching successful products.
5. Entrepreneurial: Be a self-starter and a problem-solver who is effective at breaking down complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
6. Independent: Self-disciplined and motivated, capable of working both independently and in a dynamic team environment.
