Senior Product Manager, Analytics

Responsibilities

• Define, champion and execute the year-long vision and strategy for the next-generation Postgres Analytics platform
• Serve as the subject matter expert on advanced data technologies including Lakehouse Ecosystem, Apache Spark, and ClickHouse
• Conduct market analysis, competitive landscape assessments, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs
• Translate high-level strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work with senior engineering teams to direct execution based on customer requirements and field feedback
• Own the long-term roadmap, balancing engineering needs, maintenance, and feature development

Requirements

• Demonstrated success as a product manager for complex, data-intensive infrastructure software
• Experience with Warehouse/Lakehouse architectures for enterprise analytics workloads
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills for technical audiences
• Hands-on attitude toward product development and early adoption of new products
• Curiosity and excitement about leveraging Generative AI tools for prototyping and experimentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background in data engineering or analytics
• Understanding of the Postgres ecosystem and open source communities
• Experience with Clickhouse, Apache Spark, Apache Iceberg, or Delta Lake
• Background in software engineering or data architecture
