Senior Product Manager

About the Company

Ando is building AI-native workforce infrastructure for the 80M hourly workers in the U.S. and hundreds of millions globally. We are a Seed-stage company backed by Slow Ventures, rebuilding labor systems from first principles through AI-generated demand forecasts and labor optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across enterprise, employee, AI, and labor intelligence surfaces
• Translate product vision into clear priorities, roadmap sequencing, and measurable outcomes
• Partner with customers to understand operational pain points and translate insights into experiments
• Design operator and employee workflows that build trust in AI-assisted experiences
• Partner with Engineering and AI leadership to own the full model-to-product path
• Drive disciplined execution including specs, prioritization, and shipping cadence
• Align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and GTM

Requirements

• 6-7+ years in product management, including experience at seed/Series A/early-growth startups
• Proven track record of owning a roadmap from wedge to platform
• Ability to turn AI/ML and data into simple, usable customer workflows
• Experience designing AI co-piloting or agent experiences with explainability and auditability
• Strong product judgment and ability to represent the product to strategic customers

• Focus on adoption, activation, and behavior change
• Fluency in data and experimentation (A/B testing, product analytics)
• Experience with complex operational workflows like scheduling or staffing systems
• Background in workforce SaaS, HR tech, or marketplaces
