Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the software and hardware portfolio
• Act as the voice of the customer by engaging with manufacturing engineers and plant operators
• Bridge the gap between engineering, applied science, and commercial teams
• Define hardware requirements and manage trade-offs regarding cost and manufacturability
• Drive product packaging, pricing strategies, and go-to-market launches
• Monitor advancements in AI and machine vision to define future product capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with physical products (robotics, industrial automation, or machine vision)
• Proven track record of managing complex technical products from requirements to launch
• Experience translating market needs into actionable roadmaps
• Experience with pricing, packaging, and business-case ownership for hardware/software mixes
• Ability to travel to customer sites and plant floors
• Strong analytical skills and data fluency
