Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for defined areas of Arcadia’s platform and data connectivity suite
• Translate business strategy and customer insights into clear product vision, requirements, and measurable outcomes
• Lead discovery efforts including customer interviews, workflow analysis, and data-driven investigation
• Partner closely with engineering and UX to define MVP scope and drive iterative delivery in Agile environments
• Actively manage and prioritize backlogs based on impact, urgency, and strategic alignment
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure successful launches and customer adoption
• Track and report on product performance metrics to continuously refine the product based on data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or data platforms
• Proven track record of launching and iterating on complex software products
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
• Proficiency with SQL or analytical tools to self-serve insights and drive data-driven decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with population health, value-based care, or healthcare interoperability
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled analytics or data-driven clinical insights
• Experience working in high-growth SaaS environments
• Advanced SQL or analytics experience
• Experience working across platform or infrastructure product teams
