Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and evolution of one or more critical products, with direct responsibility for business metrics (engagement, revenue, and satisfaction)
• Define relevant problems and prioritize initiatives based on data, strategic context, and user needs
• Conduct continuous discovery, structuring hypotheses, experiments, and learnings alongside design and engineering
• Ensure high-quality execution, working closely with teams to unblock decisions, reduce risks, and accelerate deliveries
• Align stakeholders across different areas and seniority levels, ensuring clarity of direction and trade-offs
• Evolve governance and the operating model of the products and channels under your responsibility
• Monitor and evolve end-to-end product metrics, adjusting strategy as necessary
• Contribute to team development and the dissemination of product best practices

Requirements

• Experience leading multiple product initiatives in complex and ambiguous scenarios
• Strategic vision to connect product evolution with broader company objectives
• Ability to evolve governance for main channels used by different user profiles
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with artificial intelligence tools
• Experience in Channels and/or Platforms teams
