Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for significant product areas within the Blackthorn suite
• Define and prioritize outcomes by understanding customer needs and market trends
• Lead cross-functional squads through discovery, definition, and delivery of complex initiatives
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Drive Engineering team alignment and remove blockers to maintain delivery cadence
• Use product analytics and qualitative research to validate decisions
• Act as the primary product voice for your domain across Sales, Marketing, and Support
• Lead customer discovery interviews and synthesize insights into actionable direction

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex product areas
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive execution through cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using product analytics to inform decisions
• Enthusiasm and fluency for AI tooling and its application in product workflows
• Ability to maintain high delivery velocity in an iterative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with payments, events, or communications products
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and AppExchange
• Knowledge of Higher Education, Healthcare, or Nonprofit verticals
• Experience mentoring or leading other Product Managers
• Experience with mobile applications or event check-in technology
• Background in UX, engineering, or consulting
