Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate value delivery by connecting the Blip Platform, Professional Services, and Customer Experience
• Define and manage the roadmap for conversational products, ensuring continuous evolution and business impact
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring schedule, scope, and high quality standards
• Use AI and data to design hyper-personalized, scalable, and user-focused journeys
• Monitor and demonstrate KPIs and business result metrics for both clients and Blip
• Identify and act on revenue growth opportunities and platform expansion
• Proactively manage risks, conflicts, and stakeholder expectations
• Act as a strategic partner to multidisciplinary teams including Engineering and Conversational Designers

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of consistent experience in Digital Product Management, Conversational Products (Chatbots/Voicebots), or AI Projects
• Mastery in creating and managing data-driven product roadmaps
• Solid knowledge of AI ecosystems and Intelligent Contacts
• Experience developing personalized and scalable customer journeys
• Experience with governance and risk management in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management and articulation skills
• Intermediate or advanced English

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the Blip Platform
• Certifications in Product Management, Agile Methodologies, or AI
• Previous experience in SaaS technology companies or Professional Services technology consultancies
