Responsibilities

• Own retention end-to-end by defining metrics and fixing root causes in the product
• Drive meaningful engagement by designing rituals and return moments like plan check-ins
• Partner with Design and Engineering to translate professional-grade planning into approachable experiences
• Run customer-driven discovery through qualitative and quantitative synthesis
• Execute rigorous measurement using cohort, funnel, and lifecycle analysis
• Communicate a clear narrative of subscriber value to executives and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of B2C product management experience
• Proven ownership of retention, engagement, or lifecycle outcomes
• Experience with subscription products and subscription economics
• Strong data and analytical rigor in cohort and experiment analysis
• High empathy for users and a passion for personal finance
• Ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience making complex expert-domain products accessible to mainstream audiences
• Background in fintech or working alongside CFPs/advisors
• Fluency with modern AI tools
