Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for institutional financing, including margin lending, collateral management, LTV monitoring, and interest rate workflows
• Design efficient OTC/RFQ trading workflows, client quote interfaces, and post-trade confirmation processes
• Define balance controls, alerts, and user-facing risk dashboards for real-time visibility into positions and collateral status
• Design seamless B2B interfaces tailored for institutional traders, ops teams, and fund managers
• Architect granular multi-entity sub-account structures, RBAC, and multi-sig/approval policies
• Optimize the developer journey by improving API documentation, SDKs, and connection onboarding
• Streamline client lifecycle from onboarding/KYB setup to daily fund operations and reconciliation

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech, Digital Assets, SaaS, or Institutional Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of core financial products like Institutional Lending, Margin, OTC Trading, or Enterprise Risk Dashboards
• Proven track record designing complex B2B/institutional platforms with emphasis on usability and data visualization
• Outstanding skills in workflow design, wireframing, and API usability

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with crypto market dynamics, MPC custody workflows, or digital asset lending protocols
• Experience using AI/LLMs to enhance client interaction or automate operational/risk workflows
