Senior Product Manager

Code Metal is redefining code translation for mission-critical industries, helping defense partners move more quickly and reliably from algorithm to silicon. Our platform accelerates deployment of DSP, RF, communications, and embedded signal processing algorithms onto heterogeneous compute targets.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for mission-critical software products from discovery through delivery
• Develop deep user empathy through customer interviews and workflow observation
• Translate user needs and technical capabilities into clear product requirements and roadmaps
• Partner with Design and Engineering to lead user-centered discovery and make informed prioritization decisions

Requirements

• Experience owning software products in a technical B2B, enterprise, or platform environment
• Strong customer discovery and user research skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building technical software products
• Experience with AI platforms, simulation software, geospatial systems, or defense technology
• Technical background capable of engaging in discussions around architecture, APIs, or AI/ML
