Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the Content team's strategy, vision, and roadmap to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Own the end-to-end content processing pipeline, from supplier data matching and enrichment to user experience.
  • Drive stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams.
  • Identify high-impact product opportunities using quantitative data, funnel analysis, and user research.
  • Partner with Development and ML/DS teams to prioritize the roadmap and manage the backlog.
  • Manage a Product Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring high execution quality and career growth.
  • Set and track success metrics including content quality, coverage, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management, preferably within travel, marketplace, or content-heavy industries.
  • Proven experience with data pipelines, content systems, or ML-driven products.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL, A/B testing, and metric design.
  • Experience working with structured/unstructured data and large-scale systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
