Senior Product Manager (Crypto Cards & On/Off-Ramps)

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Payments, including:
  • Crypto card products (issuance, lifecycle, transactions, limits, fees, FX).
  • On-ramp and off-ramp flows (buy/sell crypto with multiple payment methods).
• Drive partner and infrastructure integration with issuers, processors, gateways, and payment providers.
• Deliver new features end-to-end: discovery → PRD/spec → delivery → launch → iteration.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Support, and Partnerships.

Requirements

• Crypto card experience is strongly preferred (launching or owning card products end-to-end).
• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of payments fundamentals.
• Proven track record of shipping and scaling payment products.
• High ownership and strong execution in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with crypto ecosystems and blockchain technologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
