Senior Product Manager (Custody)

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the team's strategic product roadmap to align with key business priorities.
• Create product feature definitions and specifications, conduct user research, and manage product backlogs for efficient delivery.
• Engage directly with customers to gather insights and enhance user experience.
• Assess and prioritize projects, making informed trade-off decisions for timely, impactful product launches.
• Conduct market research and analysis to guide product strategies and ensure competitive advantage.
• Represent the product team in cross-functional communications to ensure organizational alignment.
• Manage specific features within the custody product line, ensuring execution against strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in product management.
• Experience in settlement operations (a plus).
• Familiarity with digital assets and private key management.
• Data-driven with a strong focus on user experience.
• Knowledge of regulated financial products for institutional clients (a plus).
• Passion for building customer-facing products.
• Successful track record of launching and refining software or financial products.
• Strong collaboration skills, willingness to learn, and humility in teamwork environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with settlement operations.
• Familiarity with private key management, digital assets, or regulated financial products.
