Senior Product Manager, Deel IT

Responsibilities

• Deeply analyse customers and business problems to identify key pain points
• Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to specific problems
• Strategically think of the product from a high level to connect the missing dots
• Take full-cycle ownership of work from ideation, design, review, and feedback in the final test build and post-release
• Work closely with highly talented Product Designers and a team of Engineers
• Redefine ways of working for people around the world

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally scaleup/start-up)
• Experience working with customer-facing products
• Independent and autonomous leadership capability
• Understanding of both UX and UI
• Able to lead and bring other product teams onboard to deliver
• EMEA-based and willing to travel 2x per quarter to the UK

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in IT security product is a plus
