Responsibilities

• Define the pod's charter and roadmap from scratch to productize agency operations and customer data
• Partner with agency operations leaders to decide between human, product, or automation-led solutions
• Lead discovery and delivery of foundational platform experiences, including integrations and data architecture
• Drive AI transformation across product, design, and engineering teams
• Measure impact through operational efficiency, revenue retention, and customer adoption metrics
• Mentor PMs and shape team rituals as the organization scales

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of AI product experience
• Technical depth in integrations, customer data architecture, and workflow productization
• Proven track record of 0→1 ownership in ambiguous environments
• Experience in cross-functional leadership without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in small startups (under 150 people)
• Experience productizing internal operations or building workflow/integration products
• Background in tech-enabled services or hybrid product-service businesses
• Digital marketing or real estate domain knowledge
