Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data and Insights Product Line, driving vision, strategy, and commercial success
• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with market needs and business goals
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating customer needs into actionable features
• Partner with energy trading teams to understand workflows like bidding, hedging, and portfolio optimization
• Embed market drivers such as LMP pricing, congestion, and fuel costs into product capabilities
• Enhance analytics and simulation tools to improve forecasting accuracy and risk management
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success on go-to-market strategies and adoption
• Set and track KPIs including adoption, revenue, and retention

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in the energy or utilities industry
• 6–8+ years of product management experience in energy, SaaS, or technical software
• Deep knowledge of North American power and natural gas markets, including pricing and regulation
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data interpretation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with power systems software or SaaS solutions
• Proven expertise in product discovery, market research, and roadmap development
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
