Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ecommerce product experience, including vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution
• Design and run experiments to optimize conversion metrics and reduce purchase friction
• Balance the needs of educators and content partners within the marketplace model
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to translate strategy into actionable requirements and A/B tests
• Conduct customer research to understand educator needs and barriers to adoption
• Use analytics to evaluate product performance and drive data-informed prioritization
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure product-market alignment
• Stay informed on K-12 trends and emerging educational technology

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, education, or a related field
• 5+ years of product management experience in ecommerce, SaaS, EdTech, or digital marketplaces
• Expertise in running A/B tests and designing experiments
• Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals and conversion funnel optimization
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced business/product training
• Experience in K-12 education, EdTech, or library services
• Direct experience building or optimizing marketplace platforms
• Familiarity with Agile product development practices
