Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
• Advocate for the customer by understanding pain points and feedback
• Work with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experiences
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and impact
• Analyze performance data to make data-driven decisions
• Stay updated on Fintech trends, regulations, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management
• At least 3 years of experience in the Fintech industry
• Proven track record of launching Fintech products
• Strong understanding of financial services, banking, or payments
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Jira, or Trello
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• MBA or advanced degree
